Error: The Account Name You Entered Could Not Be Found in Our Database
Registration is required for access to certain parts of our website.  Make sure that you do have an account and that your account has not been disabled/deleted.  Also be sure to enter your account name/password exactly as provided to you. Here are a few things you must do in order to log in successfully:

  • Type your username in all lower case.
  • Type your password exactly as given to you, paying attention to case-sensitivity. "HELLO" is not the same as "hello".
  • Select the correct Neighborhood your site belongs to. Selecting the wrong Neighborhood or not selecting any will lead to an un-successful log in.

Please refer to the section "Error: The UserName or Password Entered is Incorrect" section for more info.

Generally caused by:

  • the member creating a folder that already exists on the server.
  • Hitting the reload button after creating and/or changing a folder.

Double check to see if folder already exists.  Also, log out and log back in again and see if error goes away.

Error: This Service is Temporarily Not Available
This error is entirely caused by the host and the only solution is to email the host about it so they can come and fix your directory for you.

How do I know how much web space I have?
To check how much web space you have left on your account, login to the file manager program and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There should be a line telling you that #### used, ##### space free space is left. This tells you just how much space your site and webboard is taking up now and how much space is left on your account for you to use. To get more space, delete files or request it from the webmaster.
